The Verger's Guild loves photos! Almost everything that we do, from newsletters, the web site, V-Happenings, and  conference materials to so much more, all work much better when we have your photos to include.

Upload your Membership Head Shot

Did you see the "Thousand faces of the Vergers' Guild" on the home page? These are all photos that have been recently uploaded for our new VGEC Yearbook.

To add your photo, login to your VGEC membership account at https://membership.vergers.org and click on "My Information" and upload your photo.

Uploading your membership photo is a snap: it takes only a few mouse clicks and your face will join the Thousand Faces of the Vergers' Guild. Please upload today!

Upload your photos to the Verger Photo Album

We also have an online photo album is hosted by Google's Picasa and is located at http://picasaweb.google.com/VergerGuild.

If you have Verger-related photos, please send them to us! There are two methods to use to submit your photos for inclusion in the online photo album.

Upload your photos to the VGEC Drop Box using e-mail

Picasa allows you to upload photos via e-mail into our Drop Box album. To upload a photo, compose a new message to VergerGuild.upload@picasaweb.com and attach your photo to the message. Type a caption and your name in the subject of the message. Here is a sample:

Subject: 20101 VGEC Conference by Scott Smith

Adding your name to the subject will help us give the right person credit for various photos when we use them on the web site or in print. When you send the message your photo will go into the Vergers' Guild Drop Box album and we will then move your photo to the proper online photo album.

Please send the highest resolution you can send. If we use the photo in print, we will need all of the detail we can get.

It is best to send one photo per e-mail message. If you chose, you may also send multiple photos in one message putting only your name in the message subject. Please note that there is a limit of 20MB per e-mail message so be sure to keep tabs on that when sending multiple photos.

Ship your photos to the VGEC on a CD, DVD, or thumb drive

If uploading your photos is overwhelming or too time consuming, please copy your photos to a portable media (CD, DVD, thumb drive, etc.) and ship them via your postal service to:
