There are many ways to get involved with the Vergers' Guild of the Episcopal Church. A thousand Vergers from the United States and around the world have become members of the Vergers' Guild of the Episcopal Church in order to enjoy the benefits of being a full member. We have a broad range of membership options and all memberships are available for online purchase. For more information, you may want to join the free V-Happenings e-mail newsletter and information service. V-Happenings is a great way to stay up to date with activities of the Guild. The V-List is a free moderated discussion group that many Vergers use to get feedback about many aspects of ministry and service. The V-List is a great resource to use whenever you have any kind of question that you would like to poll other active Vergers for comments. You may also want to consider coming to our annual VGEC conference. You do not have to be a member to attend, but you may wish to join the Guild in order to fully participate in the business sessions at the conference. Finally, we encourage you to consider taking the "Course of Training as a Verger" which is the Guild's comprehensive course that shares our in depth knowledge of how to develop and maintain a Verger ministry in your own Parish. Over 150 members have now taken the course to become a "Fellow of the Guild." Please contact us if you have any questions on how to Join us today!
